- Heat water & bring it to a boil.
- Add sweet corn kernels. Add salt to taste.
- Cook these corns till they become soft but not mushy. They need to have a slight bite.
- Once cooked, drain the water and keep them aside to cool down.
- In the mixing bowl, add the boiled sweet corn kernels.
- Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, raw mango (kairi).
- Add powdered spices, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt to taste.
- Now add masala boondi, spicy coriander chutney, dates & tamarind chutney, coriander leaves and squeeze half a lemon and mix everything well.
- Transfer the bhel to the serving bowl.
- Garnish the sweet corn bhel with fine sev (besan vermicelli) & coriander leaves.
- Chatpata Sweet Corn Bhel is ready. Serve immediately.
