Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, deseeded
  • 2-3 Green Chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken Curry Masala Powder (OR Garam Masala)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons Oil, to pan fry the omelette

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, break 3 eggs.
  • Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste
  • Add finely chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves.
  • Add spices, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala powder, black pepper powder and salt. Whisk well.
  • Heat pan, add oil and spread all over the pan.
  • Take a ladle full of omelette mixture and spread it all over the pan.
  • Cook the omelette on a medium flame for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook it from the other side as well.
  • Spicy Indian Masala Omelette is ready.
  • Serve hot with toasted bread and ketchup.
