Method
- In a blender add, roughly chopped raw mangoes (kairi) and fresh coconut
- Add roughly chopped garlic, ginger, green chilles & cumin seeds.
- Season with salt and sugar.
- Add coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- Blend all the ingredients to a coarse paste.
- Tangy Kairi Chutney (Raw Mango Chutney) is ready
- Serve it as a side dish with meals or snacks.

Notes
I have blended this chutney to a coarse paste, but you can blend it to a fine paste depending on your preference.
Do not add water to make this chutney.
You may also add 1/4th cup of peanuts to give a nutty taste to this chutney.
