Method
- Wash coriander leaves and tender stems to get rid of dirt.
- In a blender add onion (roughly chopped), garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and 1/4th cup of water.
- Blend to a smooth paste.
- I had fresh raw mango at home, hence I included that too for that extra zing. It's optional, if you have and if you like raw mangoes then do add or you may skip it altogether.
- Green Chutney - Coriander Chutney is ready.
- Serve it with snacks or meals or enjoy it with your chaat recipes!
