Cumin Powder

Coriander Powder

Chilled Water OR Club Soda
Ice cubes

Mint, coarsely pounded
Instructions
In a mixing bowl squeeze juice of 3 lemons, discard the seeds.
Add powderd sugar
Add salt and black salt.
Add the cumin & coriander powder and mix well.
Now add chilled water or you may also add club soda. Mix well so that the spices and sugar are nicely combined with the lemon juice.
Add pounded mint and some ice cubes.
Refreshin Nimbu Pani (Shikanji) is ready.
Transfer into glasses and serve chilled.
Notes
Colour of the juice may vary according to the colour of the spices used.
