Method
- In a mixing bowl squeeze juice of 3 lemons, discard the seeds.
- Add powderd sugar
- Add salt and black salt.
- Add the cumin & coriander powder and mix well.
- Now add chilled water or you may also add club soda. Mix well so that the spices and sugar are nicely combined with the lemon juice.
- Add pounded mint and some ice cubes.
- Refreshin Nimbu Pani (Shikanji) is ready.
- Transfer into glasses and serve chilled.
Notes
Colour of the juice may vary according to the colour of the spices used.
