Maggi Noodles Recipe | Vegetable Maggi Masala Recipe

Masala Maggi Noodles is an Indian snack recipe made with instant maggi noodles tossed with nutritious vegetables & spices. This is a beginner-friendly, vegetarian, easy-to-make snack recipe that comes together in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs Instant Maggi Noodles
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Capsicum (Bell Peppers), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green Peas (You can use fresh or frozen peas)
  • 1/4th teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 2 packs Maggi Taste Maker
  • Salt to taste
  • 420 ml Water, to cook the noodles

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions & green chillies. Saute till onions are translucent.
  2. Add finely chopped carrots, capsicum (bell peppers), green peas.
  3. Saute the vegetables for 2 minutes on high flame. Lower the flame, cover & cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add half a cup of water and salt to taste. Cook the vegetables till they are 80% percent cooked.
  5. Add spices, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Maggi taste maker & little salt.
  6. Mix spices well with the vegetables and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add 420 ml (approx 2 cups) of water for 2 packs of Maggi noodles
  8. Cover and bring water to a boil
  9. Add Maggi noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or till water is completely absorbed.
  10. Vegetable Maggi Masala is ready. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve hot.
